Buying pellets or logs: beware of online scams

Energy prices are rising. Many people are looking for alternative ways to heat their homes. Criminals know this and are taking advantage of it to set up fake sites selling pellets and wood logs with attractive prices. Beware!

We have recently received many complaints from people who have ordered pellets or wood logs online at reduced prices. Fraudsters are hiding behind these sites which are often similar except for the logo. Sometimes the fraudsters themselves send 'promotional' e-mails (spam) and sometimes the citizen finds the site after an online search. If you complete the purchase, you will be debited without ever receiving your package. Be careful! Favour buying from official shops.
