Fraudulent e-mails are currently being circulated in the name of Pluxee. The e-mail invites you to click on a link in order to obtain your bank details. This is an attempt at phishing. Do not click on the link and do not share any information if the email seems suspicious.
The subject of the e-mail is "Reminder provincial tax 2023".
If in doubt, check the sender's e-mail address. Here are the official email addresses that Pluxee uses to communicate with its users:

- noreply.publicbenefits@mail.pluxee.be
Pluxee will never ask you to confirm that your data has been updated. Personal data is automatically updated or verified in the National Register.
Similarly, Pluxee will never ask you to make a payment other than the payment for the service voucher order, nor will it ask you by telephone to connect to your bank or transfer money.
Service vouchers and personal data are managed solely via your secure space in your region (access via e-ID reader, Itsme, etc.). Pluxee will never send you a link to a website that asks for your personal data.

- Do not click on a link in a suspicious message, do not open attachments and do not download applications if you are asked to do so.
- You can forward fraudulent e-mails to suspicious@safeonweb.be.
- If you have clicked, leave the fields blank and cancel any interaction.
- NEVER give out personal codes.
- If you have provided a password that you use elsewhere, change it immediately.
- If you lose money or become the victim of extortion, we advise you to report it to the police. You can report it to the local police where you live.
- Contact your bank and/or Card Stop on 078 170 170 if you have passed on banking information, if money is disappearing from your bank account or if you have transferred money to a fraudster. This way, any fraudulent transactions can be blocked.
