If you have shared your bank details, money has gone missing from your bank account, or you have transferred money to a scammer:
- Contact your bank
- Contact Card Stop online or on 078 170 170
- Dispute purchases made with Visa and Mastercard credit and prepaid cards via mijnkaart.be.
As soon as you lose money or are blackmailed, we recommend that you report the incident to the police. You can file a report online or at your local police station.
