Beware of fake emails sent in the name of the Mutualité chrétienne

Phishing emails are currently circulating in the name of the Mutualité chrétienne. These messages ask you to confirm certain details of your account in order to complete a supposed ‘administrative check’.

This is a scam: the fraudsters are trying to obtain your personal data.

How can you spot this scam?

  • The message asks you to click on a link to ‘confirm’ or ‘complete’ your details.
  • The link redirects you to a fake website that mimics that of the Mutualité chrétienne.
  • The sender’s email address looks strange or contains minor discrepancies: extra letters, spelling mistakes, unusual characters.

What should you do if you receive this message?

  • Do not click on the link.
